The periodic inspections take place once a year or every six months. Your dentist will indicate what is best for you. It is up to you to make an appointment with us.

Our aim is to ensure that you, as a patient at the Dental Clinic Westerpark, never get pain in your teeth unexpectedly, if it does, you can call us during the opening hours to make an appointment, outside the opening hours and on Sunday and public holidays you can contact the emergency service Amsterdam, nr.020-303 45 00

Cancel appointment

We reserve ample time to be able to help you in peace. Therefore try to arrive on time and not forget the agreements. If you are unable to attend, we ask you to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. In case of non-compliance with an appointment without notice or the late cancellation of an appointment, we are obliged to charge an amount of 35, - per 15 minutes.

Payment Infomedics

As an extra service we have called on Infomedics to take over our financial administration and your accounts and to communicate to your insurance. Patients who have additional dental insurance do not have to go for anything. The accounts are sent to the insurance company via company Infomedics, if a remnant note is left over, you will receive a giro collection form together with an overview of which codes are or are not reimbursed.  Patients who do not have additional dental insurance are expected to pay the bills at the counter after each treatment, preferably by PIN.  More information about Infomedics can be found at www.infomedics.nl


In the clinic, your data is treated confidentially and for the same reasons it is not permitted for patients to collect visual material in practice.
